experimental latest build (20220527)

Currently, local connection via localhost in the browser only. Tested with Firefox and Chrome on Ubuntu.

Two cameras support (almost done)
On/off camera track transmission (MediaStreamTrack.enabled = false/true)
RTCConnection Statistics (half) -- bps is shown in console.log
